Keep the work coordinated

Nashville Owner Representation

Stay informed while the project team moves through the work.

BUILT AROUND YOUR GOALS

A better starting point.

You should know what is happening, what needs your decision and what comes next. Jessica serves as your advisory point of contact for the agreed phase, coordinating information from the professional team and making progress, changes and unresolved issues visible.

Who this is for. Owners with an active project who need a consistent point of coordination and a clear record of decisions.

Documented milestone
Both homes received Metro Codes Final Use and Occupancy on January 14, 2025: permit 2024052470 for A and 2024052524 for B. The March 2025 project MLS records describe four bedrooms and three full bathrooms in each home.

CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Know the scope.

The written engagement defines hours, meetings, site visits, reporting, response expectations and term. Additional work is agreed before the scope expands. Specialist technical services, construction supervision and means and methods remain with the relevant contracted professionals.

Does owner representation include construction or design?

Not automatically. We coordinate the agreed advisory work. Architectural, engineering, surveying, legal and construction services have their own scopes, responsibilities and fees.
