BUILT AROUND YOUR GOALS
Tell us what a proposed project means to you. Jessica can help turn your concerns, support or requested changes into a clear letter to the appropriate Metro body or department. Your perspective stays yours; the work connects it to the proposal, relevant facts and a practical request.
Who this is for. Residents, neighborhood groups, landowners, churches, nonprofits and project teams preparing a genuine statement about a community project.
DEFINED STARTING SCOPES
These starting prices cover the limited scopes below. Added research, longer documents, rush work, extra revisions, extended attendance and continued hearings need a separate written quote. Combined work is quoted once with shared research identified.
STARTING SCOPE · USD
From $250One case, up to 5 supplied pages reviewed, one letter up to 2 pages and one consolidated revision. Submission and attendance are separate.
See the service & example ↗Request this scope ↗The included attendance window starts at the agreed arrival time and includes waiting. Travel, another hearing date and time beyond the agreed window are included only if the written scope says so.
We request written approval of the added work and fee before exceeding the agreed limit. There is no automatic overtime charge. Without approval, our attendance commitment ends at the agreed time.
If the city postpones a hearing, we confirm the new date and our availability with you. The itemized agreement governs a credit or refund for unperformed work. Research already completed is identified so it is not charged twice when the same case returns.
Sending a request is free. The $250 property review is optional. Agree on the final scope, total fee, due dates and payment terms before paying.
Choose support, opposition, support with requested changes, or help understanding the proposal. Identify the case, recipient and outcome you want the body to consider.
Organize the agreed facts, distinguish questions from conclusions and explain the reasons for your position. A typical scope is one letter for one case, with one consolidated revision.
Review the draft before it is signed or shared. Submission by Jessica, additional signatories, new recipients and further revisions must be included in the written scope.

CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
The quote defines research, letter length, recipients, revisions and any submission work. Letters reflect the actual signer’s approved views; we do not invent signatories or neighborhood consensus. Public submissions may become public records. Legal opinions, technical certification and hearing attendance require separate arrangements.
Yes. A letter can support a proposal, oppose it, request specific changes or ask focused questions. We help you state your actual position accurately, without personal attacks or unsupported claims.

To the reviewing body · Re: Illustrative neighborhood infill proposal
I support the proposal’s goal of adding homes near existing neighborhood services. Before a decision, I ask the applicant and staff to clarify the pedestrian connection, service access and the treatment of the boundary shared with neighboring homes.
My support is based on the concept described in this example. I would welcome a revised drawing that identifies the proposed walkway, explains how deliveries would operate and shows the location and intended maintenance of boundary planting.
Please include those details in the public materials so residents can review the same information. Thank you for considering these questions and for providing a clear opportunity to respond.
The actual signer, case, evidence and requested action would be confirmed before submission.
To the reviewing body · Re: Illustrative neighborhood infill proposal
I oppose the proposal as currently presented because the example materials do not explain the proposed service access or its relationship to the shared pedestrian route. That missing information prevents me from understanding how the site would function.
I ask the reviewing body to request a clarified access drawing and an explanation from the applicant before reaching a decision, using the procedure available for this case. I would review a revised proposal with that information.
My concern is with the proposal as submitted. I appreciate the applicant’s work and the opportunity for neighbors to ask questions respectfully.
A real letter would reference dated documents and use only concerns the signer has actually approved.

We establish whom we represent and check our existing engagements before accepting the work. We do not represent opposing sides of the same case at the same time.
